Payment of Goods

It is the costumer’s obligation to pay for the ordered products and the delivery costs to the seller, The Brush Stash d.o.o. company, using one of the following payment methods:

  • By bank transfer or online banking (see instructions below)
  • MasterCard®, Visa and Maestro® one time payment
  • Cash on delivery (only for shipping addresses in Croatia)

The Sales-Purchase Agreement will be considered concluded as soon as the payment clears.

If you are making a cash on delivery payment (only for Croatian addresses), it will be collected by the courier service employee in the exact amount of cash, upon delivery of ordered goods. The courier offers payment by cash on delivery as an additional service which is why it is charged extra (6 kn per order).

If you want to pay by bank transfer, please e-mail us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the quotation containing all information necessary to fill in the transfer order (general payment slip). The usual model of payment is 00 or 01 (payment by invoice), but some banks have their own codes. You can also leave this field blank, but it is best to contact your bank if the system reports an error. In the transaction description field make sure to enter your order number (which you will receive as part of your quotation).

That number is necessary so that your payment can be linked to your order faster. The usual time for confirmation of transactions between domestic banks is a maximum of 48 hours, and 3-4 working days for international transactions. Products are shipped after the payment is transferred to The Brush Stash business bank account.

If you are paying by credit card, your data is protected by the CorvusPay system (find out more on the Privacy and security page).

  • Important info for international buyers who want to pay via bank transfer - you can pay for your purchase in Croatian Kuna (HRK) or Euros (EUR)!

  • Important note for credit card payments - all payments made by credit cards are processed in Croatian Kuna (HRK). Prices in other currencies are shown for information purposes only and are calculated by the Croatian National Bank (HNB) average daily exchange rate.


At this moment, international orders will be shipped by Croatian Post as insured packages with tracking and signature. With the exception of presale, most products in regular sale are sent within one business day and delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the day they are shipped. In general, received orders are processed the next business day (from Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (package recipient) within 24 hours. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when due to an increased number of orders preparation of packages may last longer than 24 hours.

Please note that, if your shipping address is outside of the EU (or on the EU territory, but not the same customs zone as most EU countries), you might get charged import taxes and fees! These are NOT included in the price of the products so all additional charges in your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Croatian orders will be delivered in 2-4 working days.

After placing your order via webshop you will receive:

  • an email order confirmation, within several minutes from your order being confirmed
  • an email notification that your order has been sent via GLS (for Croatian addresses) or via Croatian Post (for international addresses) along with the tracking number for your package, usually within 1 business day from the order confirmation (with the exception of presale periods when expected delivery time might be longer)
  • if you have given your mobile phone number you will receive an SMS notification from GLS that your package is arriving the next day (Croatian orders)

You can track the delivery process through GLS Track and Trace (for Croatian orders) or via Croatian Post tracking system (for international orders).
